City Departures and transport to King St Wharf

  • All cruises departing from the city, leave from Darling Harbour King Street Wharves 1, 2 or 4
  • Directions
  • From Wynyard - King St Wharf is an 8-minute undercover walk from Wynyard Train Station and Bus Stops
  • From Barangaroo - King St Wharf is a 15-minute walk from Barangaroo Metro Station
  • Wilson Parking offers special rates for our passengers at selected stations when you pre-book your parking online using promo code CC2023
  • Please note there are no special event cruise departures from Circular Quay

Your Boarding Pass

  • Please have your Reservation Record (which includes your boarding passes) ready to present in either print or digital format
  • Your Reservation Record can be found as an attachment in your booking confirmation email

Arrival & Boarding Times for City Departures

  • We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to cruise departure time
  • Please ensure you are ready at your appropriate boarding flag at least 15 minutes prior
  • Boarding commences 30 minutes prior to departure

Seating

  • All Dining Cruises have pre-assigned seating
  • All Sightseeing, Ferry and DJ Cruises are open seating

Groups

  • If you are travelling in a group, please do not board the vessel until all your group has arrived
  • Groups of 10 or more from the City – group organiser to please check-in at our ticket office at King St Wharf No.1

Food & Beverages

  • Sample Dinner Cruise menus can be viewed online
  • Beverages are available for purchase on all licensed vessels (excluding Rocket Catamarans)

Accessibility & Bathrooms

  • Sydney 2000 Ocean Deck, Captain Cook III and Rocket Ferries are wheelchair accessible. We regret our glass vessels Starship Sydney and Starship Aqua are not suitable for wheelchairs
  • Please note the final vessel may not be confirmed until the day of departure.
  • We therefore recommend customers in wheelchairs cruise aboard our flagship Sydney 2000, seating on the expansive Ocean Deck, with wheelchair accessible bathrooms and boarding (stair access only to upper decks).
  • If you or your guests are in a wheelchair and/or not able to negotiate stairs, please contact our Reservations department who can guide you on the best options
  • There are wheelchair accessible public bathrooms located directly behind King St Wharf No.1 at Exchange Place on Shelley St – Google Maps Exchange Place

All-weather

  • Cruising on Sydney Harbour is a great all-weather experience as we offer great viewing from both indoor and outdoor viewing decks. We also operate in sheltered waters making it safe and fun in all weather
