How much does a wedding on Sydney Harbour cost?
Our wedding packages start from just over $5,000, with pricing tailored to your chosen vessel, guest numbers, day of the week, and inclusions. Whether you're planning a midweek celebration or a weekend reception, our team will provide a personalised quote that suits your style and budget.
Can we host both the ceremony and reception on board?
Yes — many couples choose to hold both their ceremony and reception on board. Say your vows on deck with the Harbour as your backdrop, then transition seamlessly into your reception in one of our beautifully appointed dining areas.
What’s included in the Elegance Package?
The Elegance Package includes a 5-hour cruise, 3-course banquet menu, 4.5-hour beverage package, dance floor area, professional event staff, white linen styling, lectern and microphone, bonbonniere and place card placement, cake service, signage easels, and exclusive access to our private wharf at King Street Wharf.
What’s included in the Ceremony Package?
Our ceremony package includes private vessel hire (1.5–2 hours), a scenic Harbour setting, signing table with chairs, cordless microphone and lectern, guest seating, professional coordination, and access to private wharf boarding. Optional upgrades such as welcome drinks or styling can also be arranged.
Can we bring our own florals or wedding styling?
We include classic styling in all packages (white linen, banquet chairs, easels for signage). You’re welcome to bring your own stylist or florist, and we can recommend trusted partners. All packages include 1.5 hours setup and 1 hour pack-down. Additional time is charged at an hourly rate.
Is there space for dancing?
Yes — our wedding vessels include a designated dance area so you can enjoy your first dance with Sydney Harbour as your backdrop.
Will our guests get seasick?
Our large, purpose-built vessels cruise the calm waters of Sydney Harbour. Motion sickness is rare, but we recommend those prone to seasickness take travel medication in advance, just in case.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Our chefs cater to a wide range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requirements. Just let us know ahead of time.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for Fridays, Saturdays, and peak dates. Midweek weddings generally offer more flexibility and greater value.
Do you cater for larger weddings or have other vessels available?

We depart from King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour, just a short walk from Wynyard Station and many hotels. We encourage couples and their guests to turn the event into a city weekend — and we’ve partnered with Adina Apartments on Lime Street to offer your guests 5% off the best available rate.
Do you offer options for budget-conscious couples?
Yes — we believe every couple deserves a beautiful celebration. We’re happy to work with you to design a wedding package that suits your needs, and we offer flexible payment terms. Secure your date with a deposit, then pay the balance in instalments, with final payment due prior to your wedding date.
