Getting Onboard
The entry level deck of nearly all our vessels is accessible for those with limited mobility.
Vessels Sydney 2000, Captain Cook 3 and our Rocket Ferries all have at least one accessible bathroom.
Dining and Premium Sightseeing cruises normally operate on our flagship vessel Sydney 2000. The entry level is `Ocean Deck' with stunning water level views from expansive picture windows and is fully accessible. A small outdoor area at the stern of this deck is also accessible. On Ocean Deck there is a choice of day and evening cruises and group dining or private deck bookings can also be arranged on request.
Gangways to all vessels offer assisted access for both motorised and non-motorised wheelchairs. Please be aware the gangway angle can be quite steep depending on the tide, however our crew are ready and willing to assist you onboard.
Hop-on-Hop-off Cruises and ferry services to Manly, Watson's Bay, Shark Island and Clifton Gardens are Step Wharves, or Non Pontoon, and are very difficult to access for wheelchairs. If guests with limited mobility wish to disembark at any of these wharves, they will need to have their own assistants to assist them up and down the wharf steps or, alternatively, be able to navigate the stairs themselves. Generally, we do not recommend these services for guests with limited mobility.
